Southern Cross was founded in 1976 and has grown to represent many different binding authorities with various specialty coverages. We now have 13 offices with more than 200 employees. 

In 2003, CRC Insurance Services, Inc., the leading Wholesale Broker firm in the nation, purchased Southern Cross Underwriters. CRC, including Southern Cross, has 26 offices across the United States with more than 865 employees and wrote over $3.3 billion in premium during 2006.
